눈바디 AI 개인정보처리방침

제1조 (수집하는 개인정보 항목)

※ 웹 서비스는 업로드된 사진 속 얼굴을 서버 전송 전 클라이언트에서 자동으로 블러 처리합니다. 모바일 앱은 현재 이 기능이 적용되어 있지 않아 얼굴이 포함된 원본 사진이 그대로 전송될 수 있습니다.
제2조 (개인정보 수집 목적)

- 챌린지 진행 현황 관리 및 통계 제공
- 서비스 개선 및 신규 기능 개발
- 법령상 의무 이행 및 분쟁 해결
제3조 (개인정보 보유 및 이용 기간)

※ 이용자가 탈퇴할 경우 관련 법령에 따른 보존 기간을 제외한 모든 정보가 즉시 삭제됩니다.
제4조 (개인정보의 제3자 제공)
회사는 원칙적으로 이용자의 개인정보를 외부에 제공하지 않습니다. 다만, 아래의 경우에는 예외로 합니다.
- 이용자가 사전에 동의한 경우
- 법령의 규정에 의거하거나, 수사 목적으로 법령에 정해진 절차와 방법에 따라 수사기관의 요구가 있는 경우
제5조 (개인정보 처리 위탁)
회사는 원활한 서비스 제공을 위해 아래와 같이 개인정보 처리를 위탁합니다.

※ 외부 AI 서비스(OpenAI, Google)에는 업로드된 사진이 분석 목적으로 전달되며, 해당 업체들의 데이터 처리 정책에 따릅니다. 이미지는 분석 처리 후 즉시 삭제됩니다.
제6조 (개인정보의 안전성 확보 조치)
- 전송 데이터 암호화 (HTTPS/TLS)
- 비공개 스토리지 — 서명된 URL(Signed URL)로만 접근 가능
- 클라이언트 사이드 얼굴 블러 처리 (원본 사진 미전송, 웹 서비스 한정 — 모바일 앱은 추후 적용 예정)
- 접근 권한 최소화 및 Row Level Security(RLS) 적용
- 개인정보 접근 로그 관리
제7조 (이용자의 권리와 행사 방법)
이용자는 언제든지 다음 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.
- 열람 및 수정: 서비스 설정에서 본인의 정보를 확인하고 수정할 수 있습니다.
- 삭제(탈퇴): 설정 메뉴의 "계정 삭제"를 통해 모든 데이터를 즉시 삭제할 수 있습니다.
- 처리 정지: 개인정보 처리 정지를 요구할 수 있습니다. 단, 이 경우 일부 서비스 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.
위 권리 행사는 admin@uzucode.com으로 이메일 문의하시기 바랍니다. 요청일로부터 10일 이내에 처리됩니다.
제8조 (쿠키 사용)
서비스는 세션 관리 및 인증을 위해 쿠키를 사용합니다. 이용자는 브라우저 설정을 통해 쿠키 저장을 거부할 수 있으나, 이 경우 로그인 등 일부 서비스 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.
제9조 (만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보)
서비스는 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동이 서비스에 가입한 것이 확인될 경우 해당 계정과 모든 데이터를 즉시 삭제합니다.
제10조 (개인정보 보호책임자)
개인정보 침해에 대한 신고 또는 상담이 필요하신 경우 개인정보보호위원회(privacy.go.kr), 한국인터넷진흥원(privacy.kisa.or.kr)에 문의하실 수 있습니다.
제11조 (개인정보처리방침 변경)
이 방침은 법령, 정책 또는 보안 기술의 변경에 따라 내용이 추가, 삭제, 수정될 수 있습니다. 변경 사항은 시행일 7일 전부터 서비스 공지사항을 통해 안내합니다.

Article 1 (Categories of Personal Information Collected)

※ The web service automatically blurs faces in uploaded photos on the client before they are sent to the server. The mobile app does not currently have this feature, so original photos including faces may be transmitted as-is.
Article 2 (Purpose of Collecting Personal Information)

- Managing challenge progress and providing statistics
- Improving the Service and developing new features
- Fulfilling legal obligations and resolving disputes
Article 3 (Retention and Use Period of Personal Information)

Article 4 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
The Company does not provide users' personal information to external parties in principle. The following are exceptions:
- When the user has given prior consent
- When required by law, or requested by an investigative agency following the procedures and methods prescribed by law for investigative purposes
Article 5 (Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing)
The Company outsources personal information processing as follows to provide the Service smoothly.

※ Uploaded photos are shared with external AI services (OpenAI, Google) for analysis purposes and are subject to those companies' data processing policies. Images are deleted immediately after analysis.
Article 6 (Measures to Ensure the Security of Personal Information)
- Encryption of transmitted data (HTTPS/TLS)
- Private storage — accessible only via signed URLs
- Client-side face blurring (the original photo is not transmitted, web service only — planned for the mobile app)
- Minimized access permissions and Row Level Security (RLS)
- Access log management for personal information
Article 7 (User Rights and How to Exercise Them)
Users may exercise the following rights at any time.
- Access and correction: You can view and edit your information in the Service settings.
- Deletion (account closure): You can immediately delete all data via "Delete Account" in the settings menu.
- Suspension of processing: You may request that processing of your personal information be suspended. Note that this may limit your ability to use some parts of the Service.
To exercise the rights above, please contact us by email at admin@uzucode.com. Requests are processed within 10 days of receipt.
Article 8 (Use of Cookies)
The Service uses cookies for session management and authentication. Users may refuse to store cookies through their browser settings, but this may limit the use of some parts of the Service, such as login.
Article 9 (Personal Information of Children Under 14)
The Service is not directed at children under the age of 14, and the Company does not intentionally collect personal information from children under 14. If it is confirmed that a child under 14 has signed up for the Service, the Company will immediately delete that account and all associated data.
Article 10 (Personal Information Protection Officer)
If you need to report or seek guidance about a personal information infringement, you may contact the Personal Information Protection Commission (privacy.go.kr) or the Korea Internet & Security Agency (privacy.kisa.or.kr).
Article 11 (Changes to This Privacy Policy)
This policy may be added to, deleted from, or amended due to changes in laws, policies, or security technology. Changes will be announced via the Service's notice board at least 7 days before the effective date.
