이용약관

1. "서비스"란 회사가 제공하는 AI 기반 신체 변화 추적 플랫폼 및 관련 제반 서비스를 의미합니다.
2. "이용자"란 이 약관에 동의하고 서비스를 이용하는 모든 회원을 의미합니다.
3. "계정"이란 이용자가 서비스 이용을 위해 등록한 소셜 로그인 정보를 의미합니다.
4. "콘텐츠"란 이용자가 서비스 내에 업로드하는 사진, 텍스트 등 일체의 정보를 의미합니다.

1. 이 약관은 서비스 화면에 게시하거나 이메일로 이용자에게 공지함으로써 효력이 발생합니다.
2. 회사는 관련 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위에서 이 약관을 개정할 수 있습니다.
3. 약관이 변경될 경우 시행일 7일 전에 서비스 내 공지를 통해 안내하며, 이용자가 변경 약관에 동의하지 않을 경우 서비스 이용을 중단하고 탈퇴할 수 있습니다.

1. 서비스는 소셜 계정(Google, Kakao 등) 연동을 통해 가입 후 이용할 수 있습니다.
2. 이용자는 실제 본인의 신체 사진만 업로드해야 하며, 타인의 사진이나 저작권이 있는 이미지를 무단으로 업로드할 수 없습니다.
3. 만 14세 미만은 서비스를 이용할 수 없습니다.
4. 회사는 서비스의 안정적 운영을 위해 사전 고지 없이 서비스 내용을 변경하거나 일시 중단할 수 있습니다.

이용자는 다음 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다.

• 타인의 정보를 도용하거나 허위 정보를 등록하는 행위
• 서비스의 정상적인 운영을 방해하는 행위
• 타인의 개인정보나 사생활을 침해하는 행위
• 외설적이거나 폭력적인 콘텐츠를 업로드하는 행위
• 서비스를 이용한 상업적 목적의 광고 또는 홍보
• 관련 법령을 위반하는 일체의 행위

1. 이용자가 업로드한 사진은 AI 분석 목적으로만 사용되며, 제3자에게 제공되지 않습니다.
2. 이용자는 언제든지 설정을 통해 본인의 모든 사진과 데이터를 삭제할 수 있습니다.
3. 서비스 탈퇴 시 이용자의 모든 개인정보 및 콘텐츠는 즉시 삭제됩니다. 단, 관련 법령에 의해 보존이 필요한 정보는 해당 기간 동안 보관됩니다.

1. 회사는 서버 점검, 시스템 오류, 천재지변 등의 사유로 서비스를 일시 중단할 수 있습니다.
2. 이용자가 이 약관을 위반한 경우 회사는 사전 통보 없이 이용을 제한하거나 계정을 해지할 수 있습니다.
3. 이용자는 서비스 내 설정 메뉴를 통해 언제든지 탈퇴할 수 있습니다.

1. 이 서비스는 의료적 진단이나 치료를 대체하지 않습니다. AI 분석 결과는 참고용 추정치이며 의학적 근거를 보장하지 않습니다.
2. 회사는 이용자가 서비스를 통해 얻은 정보를 바탕으로 행한 행동의 결과에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
3. 회사는 이용자 간 또는 이용자와 제3자 간의 분쟁에 대해 개입하거나 책임을 지지 않습니다.

1. 이 약관과 관련된 분쟁은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해결합니다.
2. 분쟁 발생 시 회사와 이용자는 우선 협의를 통해 해결하도록 노력합니다.
3. 협의가 이루어지지 않을 경우 민사소송법상 관할법원을 제1심 법원으로 합니다.

1. "Service" means the AI-based body change tracking platform and related services provided by the Company.
2. "User" means any member who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
3. "Account" means the social login information a user registers to use the Service.
4. "Content" means any photo, text, or other information a user uploads within the Service.

1. These Terms take effect by being posted on the Service or notified to users by email.
2. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent it does not violate applicable law.
3. If the Terms are amended, notice will be given within the Service at least 7 days before the effective date. If a user does not agree to the amended Terms, they may stop using the Service and delete their account.

1. The Service can be used after signing up via a linked social account (Google, Kakao, etc.).
2. Users must only upload photos of their own body, and may not upload another person's photos or copyrighted images without authorization.
3. Users under the age of 14 may not use the Service.
4. The Company may change or temporarily suspend the contents of the Service without prior notice for the stable operation of the Service.

Users must not engage in any of the following:

• Stealing another person's information or registering false information
• Interfering with the normal operation of the Service
• Infringing on another person's personal information or privacy
• Uploading obscene or violent content
• Advertising or promotion for commercial purposes using the Service
• Any act that violates applicable law

1. Photos uploaded by users are used solely for AI analysis purposes and are not provided to third parties.
2. Users may delete all of their photos and data at any time via the settings.
3. Upon account deletion, all of a user's personal information and content is deleted immediately, except for information that must be retained under applicable law, which is kept for the required period.

1. The Company may temporarily suspend the Service for reasons such as server maintenance, system errors, or force majeure.
2. If a user violates these Terms, the Company may restrict use or terminate the account without prior notice.
3. Users may delete their account at any time via the settings menu within the Service.

1. This Service does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment. AI analysis results are estimates for reference only and do not guarantee medical accuracy.
2. The Company is not responsible for the outcome of actions users take based on information obtained through the Service.
3. The Company does not intervene in, or bear responsibility for, disputes between users or between a user and a third party.

1. Disputes related to these Terms are resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
2. In the event of a dispute, the Company and the user will first make efforts to resolve it through consultation.
3. If no agreement is reached, the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act will be the court of first instance.
