Q. 계정과 데이터를 삭제하고 싶어요.

A. 앱 설정 화면에서 "계정 및 모든 데이터 삭제"를 누르면 즉시 처리됩니다. 사진만 지우고 계정은 유지하고 싶다면 "내 사진 전체 삭제"를 이용하세요.

Q. 로그인이 안 돼요.

A. Google, 카카오, Apple 소셜 로그인만 지원합니다. 사용 중인 계정으로 로그인이 계속 안 되면 아래 이메일로 사용 중인 로그인 방식과 함께 문의해주세요.

Q. AI 분석 점수는 어떻게 계산되나요?

A. 업로드한 사진을 AI가 분석해 부위별 점수와 종합 컨디션을 추정합니다. 이 수치는 추정치이며 의료적 진단이나 조언을 대체하지 않습니다.

Q. 하루에 몇 번 분석할 수 있나요?

A. 하루 1회 무료로 AI 분석을 이용할 수 있으며, 매일 자정 기준으로 초기화됩니다.

Q. 업로드한 사진은 어떻게 보호되나요?

A. 사진은 비공개 스토리지에 저장되며 본인 계정으로만 열람할 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용은 개인정보처리방침을 참고해주세요.

Q. I want to delete my account and data.

A. Tap "Delete account and all data" in the app's settings screen to process this immediately. If you only want to delete your photos and keep your account, use "Delete all my photos" instead.

Q. I can't log in.

A. Only Google, Kakao, and Apple social login are supported. If you still can't log in with the account you're using, please contact us at the email below along with which login method you're using.

Q. How is the AI analysis score calculated?

A. AI analyzes your uploaded photo to estimate a score for each body part and an overall condition score. These figures are estimates and do not replace medical diagnosis or advice.

Q. How many times a day can I run an analysis?

A. You can use AI analysis for free once a day, and the limit resets at midnight each day.

Q. How are my uploaded photos protected?

A. Photos are stored in private storage and can only be viewed through your own account. See the Privacy Policy for details.
